Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is when a person meets with the therapist on a one on one basis for about 50 minutes per session. Clients are able to have the therapist's complete attention in a non-judgmental and private environment.  The client is encouraged to take the time to process their problems and symptoms.  These difficulties and symptoms are often painful messengers telling us that deeper insight and change is necessary for renewed happiness and success.  Therapy can provide a context to understand your Self and rebuild more healthy thinking, relationships, expectations of self, as well as coping skills and goals.
